Us
My
name is Audra McLaughlin.
I
have been around Boxers all of my life. My parents Reed and Kathy Nescher
had show dogs that were finished by Gary Steele.
(I
have included a page on my site entitled, "A Tribute to my Parents, that
tells about their dogs also). That’s when the dog show bug bit me.
Growing up and going to the shows was so much fun. Sitting ringside, I
can remember Kimberly Steele going into the ring when she was 6 years old,
all the while I was thinking I want to do that. Well, time went by, my
Mom and Dad's dogs were finished and my dad started going to Glamis where
we would ride ATV’s.
Unfortunately,
I forgot about the dog shows until I was in high school. My mom then asked
me to go to a dog show with her and I did. I forgot how much fun they were
and I told her I wanted to get a show dog. So I went out and got one. She
turned out not to be show material, but I loved her just the same.
Four dogs later, I found the show dog I was looking for from Kenon Boxers
in Las Vegas. So it has been a long journey. I have met great people and
I feel I have come a long way. I have shown for other people and have done
